SEMANGGI SUROBOYO


Who know about semanggi??? you?? there??
Yuuupp!!! You know it as clover leaf
Semanggi is kind of weeds in the farm. And also we can eat semanggi. My grandmum like cooking semanggi in the rainy season. My grand mum like cook it as  soup, pecel or vegetable salad with nutsouce. Dont ask about the taste, The taste is very yummy delizious. In the Surabaya have song about semanggi, the title is "Semanggi Suroboyo".
Semanggi or green claver is kind of plant salvinialis from marsiela species. We can find it so easy in the bund field. its at the past. hehehe


Do you anxious to eat semanggi?? Be patient please!!! its becouse this food beginning disapear. sometime the semanggi seller stand at the morning early. We can know the semanggi seller becouse their look is unique. they carry their stuff in the back bone by jarit and shawl.
Talking about Surabaya kuliner is never ending. this food is very cheap but you cannt easy to find the semanggi seller.
 The special food of Surabaya people is dished on the banana leaves or we call it as "pincuk", we can eat semanggi and sproud  with hot nut souce. and more yummi if we do it with krupuk puli (chips of rice)
