One Secret to be Invigilator

     These week all of my students will prepare for some examination (local exam, national exam and exam of new school). they will fight to be the winner, at least to be competitive with other school. In the outside, some of school allow their students to copy answer's paper each other. it can be happen becouse their school want all of their student can have satisfy the examiners even by various ways.. huuuft... its not fair. Big yes.. i know its not fair.. but i dont know what to do to see that, becouse im common people.. still dont have power to argue about big problem. Yup!!! i judge its a big problem in this place, maybe in this country.. 

i can say its like something public secrets in this country.

     Last year I was be invigilator of national exam in the ther school. Do you know what happen in there? I see on my face,any student copy answer each other. i want to chew out him but i remember what the myheadmaster told me before to not do anything. He also know its very dificult to do. He told me  to made as if not happen something wrong. He also have no choice that time bcouse our school is new and still need help of other school to get admittance of goverment. If we give any flexible discipline, then they can help us to get goverment admittance. its very convious!!!!

   More seriouse with my friend, he was be invigilator in the other school. at the second day, he knew any student delivered paper's cheat. not thinking for long time, he take over it at the moment. after one hours, the headmaster calling to scold my headmaster. Explicitly my headmaster told him about our attitude. and the headmaster have little argue with my headmaster. And finally, my headmaster told us to kept silent.  Astagfirulloh... Huuuufffttt...T_T

    Maybe its my idealism, I wanna be discipline person. But not easy in the outside, in the reality. we wanna be right person but with other people is not.

     We have very hard work to competitive with other students. Although we must do gave extra work to teach them till at the night. yup!!!its true,, we did ever teach them till at 9 pm. With a will, we could do it. As a result, all of our student were success. almost of them accepted in the good school. and one of them got scholarship to school in the turkey. Alhamdulillah... we proud of them so much.. cant be explore what we feeling how was our proud to them.

     Im sure that my students, all of my students is discipline person. They never do something bad. Never be cheater in the examination. How can i say that?? How can be??? i can speaking up 100% all of my student never do something cheat. It can be becouse, when at the first time we accepted new students, they have some motivation training of how important to be right person like our prophet Muhammad SAW. I know nothing instant to do, it can be need arround 6 month to shining up to be good Muslim to achieve our mission. It is to make generation who have good character, hafiz and have optimal performance. InsyaAllah...

     The funny, my students doing sleep at the exam time rather than to be cheater. of course after answer up to questions. Hahaha... Can u imagine if you have few question for long time, 30 question in 90 minutes. some students have bored if they finish to answer it. and then the decide to sleep.. HAHAHA :D

I was shock at the first time i knew how can be like that when i was new teacher in this school.

     It can be becouse they have so many schedule in their day. they live in the boarding house, they got allow to go home just once in one month. sometime they couldnt went home if no anyone to pick them up. everyday, they must wake up at 3 AM to do pray, prepare to go school at 6 AM and study in the school till at 3 pm. after Ashar, they just can free activities. For wash them cloths or anything. when finishing magrib, they have hadist lesson. and they had dinner after Isya' at 7 pm. And then they have free time to do talking, joke or study. 

     so, we must understood them of situation. But, they never sleep when at lesson time. Almost of them have attractive in the class. Almost of them do fall sleep just at the break time only. 1 or 2 of them always fall sleep at the class. but its OK, nothing perfect in this world. Hahaha.. 

    i hope our dreams come true. hope they can be hafiz leader to loosing them callenge in the future. InsyaAllah.. Aamiin...
